OBSTACLES AND CHALLENGES
You could say that I grew up in an unstable environment. I had many different types of challenges occur from a young age.
With all of the instability in life, meant that my schoolwork suffered.
Like so many kids facing these kinds of challenges, I developed addiction issues as well as depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
HOW I CHANGED MY LIFE
Thankfully, things began to shift in my 20’s.
I started playing music, and this reconnected me with myself. I discovered spirituality, first through Buddhism, which inspired me to investigate other metaphysical studies and practices.
My life started to change.
Through meditation, it helped me to get in touch with my spiritual side and my psychic abilities which enabled me to start my healing journey.
I was always intuitive from a young age, although with my unstable home life It made it very difficult to explore and develop my gifts.
Through my spiritual studies, I learned how to communicate with my spirit guides and started re-connecting with my true self. This assisted me to connect with other people in the same way.
With this new clarity and connection I discovered my ability to do psychic/clairvoyant and medium readings on a professional basis.
ESOTERIC STUDIES
Even though I always felt different as a child, I didn’t understand why until I started healing and developing. I learned that my sensitivity was a gift not a hindrance, It was part of my natural psychic ability
I always had an interest in esoteric and metaphysical studies.

FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS
With my passion for helping people through my esoteric and integrative sessions. I decided to go to University to study counselling. This proved to be the perfect place to integrate my metaphysical work with these new studies.

I see all of the work that I do as a co-creation between the person, the divine energies and myself; creating a happier and more fulfilling life.
